• Learning and Assessing in Practice Qualification or equivalent practice assessors training
• Recent professional development evidence in an up-to-date portfolio
• Registered practitioner to degree/diploma level with additional post-registration specialist training or extensive experience in the relevant specialty

Job Specific Experience

Essential criteria:

• Experience at Practitioner Band 5 level
• Experience of specialist working

Desirable criteria:

• Recent experience in a similar role

Managerial/Supervisory Experience

• Experience providing clinical supervision and mentoring to junior staff
