Hours
Full time and part time available. Harmless operates a 4-day working model with full-time staff working 32 hours per week.
Salary
£23,812 per annum, pro rata, rising to £24,841 per annum, pro rata, on successful completion of a probationary period.
Job Description

Main Purpose and Scope of the Job
- Harmless and the Tomorrow Project are non-profit organisations focusing on self-harm, suicide prevention, and mental health. We offer support, information, training, and consultancy to individuals who self-harm or are at risk, their families, those bereaved by suicide, and supporting professionals.
- To perform general administrative duties and support the Harmless Clinical team.

Duties and Key Responsibilities
- Support clinical operations with administrative tasks such as processing referrals, correspondence, scheduling, and document management.
- Assist in meeting KPIs and contractual obligations, including referral response times.
- Maintain clinical records, filing systems, and digital files.
- Handle incoming calls and emails professionally and sensitively.
- Coordinate appointments and communicate with clients discreetly and professionally.
- Support data collection and evaluation activities.
- Assist with marketing activities, including blog posts and social media related to clinical services.
- Follow policies and procedures, ensuring client safety and confidentiality.
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required to support the organisation.
