A leading organization in Nottingham is seeking an Administration Officer to support the frontline delivery team. This role involves maintaining administrative tasks and developing efficient systems. ADMINISTRATION OFFICER – CHANGING FUTURES, NOTTINGHAM, PERMANENT, 37HRS, GRADE 1 CORE, £23,492, FTE
What is Changing Futures?
Changing Futures aims to improve the lives of people experiencing Severe and Multiple Disadvantage (SMD) in Nottingham City.
SMD generally involves experiencing three or more of the following disadvantages simultaneously: mental health issues, homelessness, problematic substance use, domestic abuse, and contact with the Criminal Justice System.
The frontline delivery team includes Navigators, Specialist Navigators (working with minority groups and survivors of domestic abuse), a Housing Led Team with caseworkers, and embedded practitioners. There is also a Lived Experience Team, Peer Mentors, and an Experts-by-Experience Board.
Supporting the frontline work, there is a Learning and Evaluation Team and city-wide learning resources via the Nottingham-based Practice Development Unit, overseen by a dedicated System Change Commissioner.
The Administration Officer will be responsible for maintaining all administrative tasks and developing new systems for effective working where appropriate.
