You will coach, mentor and support managers and frontline teams, helping staff embrace new ways of working and build confidence in the systems and technologies that underpin modern healthcare administration.

As one of two new Clinical Administration Training and Development Leads, you'll play a key role in supporting the growth and success of our workforce.

One lead will focus on the training and development of Service Co-ordinators and another on Ward & Reception staff.

Working with colleagues across the organisation, you'll help shape learning experiences, support people through change and build confidence in the skills, systems and technologies that underpin modern healthcare administration.
