sk:n Clinics seeks a commercially driven Dual Clinic Manager to oversee Glasgow and Edinburgh sites, driving performance and delivering a luxury patient experience.

You will lead practitioners, nurses, and front-of-house teams, safeguarding standards while growing revenue in a regulated clinical setting. This leadership role requires strategic planning, staff development, and exceptional service delivery.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a clinical, healthcare, or aesthetic setting.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of meeting KPIs.
• Excellent communication and people-management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver a luxury patient experience.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of compliance, CQC standards, and clinical protocols (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team including practitioners, nurses, and consultants.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
• Achieve and exceed financial targets through KPI management.
• Maintain governance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage clinic rota planning, stock levels, and operational efficiency.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development strategies.
• Deliver monthly performance reports and contribute to regional business goals.

We are expanding our leadership team in Scotland and are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven Clinic Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations, drive performance, and lead a high‑performing clinical and front‑of‑house team, in our Glasgow City Centre, and Edinburgh Haymarket clinics.

As Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and successful running of the clinic. You will lead by example, maintain outstanding customer service standards, and drive revenue growth while ensuring full compliance with clinical governance, CQC, and internal protocols.

Key Responsibilities
