sk:n Clinics and The Harley Medical Group are expanding their leadership team in Scotland. The Clinic Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, drive performance, and lead clinical and front-of-house teams across Glasgow City Centre and Edinburgh Haymarket clinics.

You will ensure smooth, safe clinic running, deliver exceptional customer service, and drive revenue growth while complying with governance and CQC standards.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in clinical/healthcare or aesthetic settings.
• Strong track record in meeting KPIs and driving revenue.
• Excellent interpersonal and people-management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset delivering luxury patient experience.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving abilities.
• Understanding of governance and clinical protocols (preferred).

Responsibilities

We are expanding our leadership team in Scotland and are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven Clinic Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations, drive performance, and lead a high‑performing clinical and front‑of‑house team, in our Glasgow City Centre, and Edinburgh Haymarket clinics.

As Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and successful running of the clinic. You will lead by example, maintain outstanding customer service standards, and drive revenue growth while ensuring full compliance with clinical governance, CQC, and internal protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team including practitioners, nurses, and consultants
• Oversee daily operations to ensure an exceptional patient experience
• Achieve and exceed financial targets through effective KPI management
• Maintain the highest standards of governance, safety, and regulatory compliance
• Manage clinic rota planning, stock levels, and operational efficiency
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development strategies
• Deliver monthly performance reports and contribute to regional business goals
• Foster a culture of professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement
• Handle escalated patient concerns with empathy and professionalism

We’re looking for a confident leader with strong commercial and operational experience—ideally within aesthetics, healthcare, beauty, or a premium service environment.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven leadership experience in a clinical, healthcare, or aesthetic setting
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of meeting KPIs
• Excellent communication and people‑management skills
• Customer‑focused mindset with the ability to deliver a luxury patient experience
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
• Understanding of compliance, CQC standards, and clinical protocols (preferred but not essential)
