We are expanding our leadership team in Scotland and seek a dynamic Clinic Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across Glasgow City Centre and Edinburgh Haymarket.

As Clinic Manager, you will drive performance, lead a multidisciplinary clinical and front-of-house team, ensure exceptional patient experience, and deliver revenue growth while upholding

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a clinical, healthcare, or aesthetic setting.
• Strong commercial awareness with a track record of meeting KPIs.
• Excellent communication and people-management skills.
• Customer-focused mindset delivering a luxury patient experience.
• Strong organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Understanding of compliance, CQC standards, and clinical protocols (preferred but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team including practitioners, nurses, and consultants.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure an exceptional patient experience.
• Achieve and exceed financial targets through KPI management.
• Maintain governance, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage clinic rota planning, stock levels, and operational efficiency.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and staff development.
• Deliver monthly performance reports and contribute to regional goals.
• Foster professionalism, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Handle escalated patient concerns with empathy and professionalism.

We are expanding our leadership team in Scotland and are seeking a dynamic, commercially driven Clinic Manager to oversee day‑to‑day operations, drive performance, and lead a high‑performing clinical and front‑of‑house team, in our Glasgow City Centre, and Edinburgh Haymarket clinics.

As Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, safe, and successful running of the clinic. You will lead by example, maintain outstanding customer service standards, and drive revenue growth while ensuring full compliance with clinical governance, CQC, and internal protocols.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a multidisciplinary team including practitioners, nurses, and consultants
• Oversee daily operations to ensure an exceptional patient experience
