Job summary

Optical Express in London (Harley Street) seeks an experienced Aesthetic Practitioner to join our expanding team. You will greet clients, advise on treatments and products, and perform a wide range of advanced procedures across our London clinics.

Flexibility is required to work across clinics, including evenings and Saturdays, with opportunities for progression and extensive training. Join a market-leading brand in dermatology, laser, and skin treatments.

Qualifications

• Qualified to Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (Level 4 is highly desirable).
• A minimum of 1 year's experience within either an Aesthetics, Day Spa, Beauty Counter or Salon environment.
• Team player with a positive can-do attitude.
• Passionate about giving great customer service.
• Experience of working to sales targets and be happy to get involved with promotional activity.
• Willing and able to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet clients, advise on suitable treatments and products, and perform a wide range of advanced treatments.
• Provide outstanding customer service to help clients gain confidence through better skin.
• Support reception, diary management, and general administration and retailing of products.

Job Title - Aesthetic Practitioner

Location - London (Harley Street)

Hours - Full Time (40 hours)

The Harley Medical Group and sk:n clinics are now part of the same Group that owns Optical Express and ACES, two of the leading ophthalmology providers, dedicated to giving both private and NHS patients world class levels of service and clinical care.

We are seeking an Aesthetic Practitioner to join our friendly, reliable and talented team at our London Clinics.

Please note we have many clinics within the London area therefore you may also be asked to also work within a range of different clinics within the area if successful.

This is a role in which you must be flexible with late nights and Saturdays.

The Role:

As part of your role as an aesthetics practitioner, you will be responsible for meeting and greeting your clients, supporting and advising them on suitable treatments and products available to them and carrying out a wide range of advanced treatments.

With outstanding levels of customer service and a genuine care and passion, you will be supporting your clients gain and achieve greater self-confidence through better skin!

You will also be supporting with reception, diary management, and general administration and retailing of products.

Experience, Qualifications and Personal Qualities:

• Qualified to Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent), Level 4 is highly desirable.
