The Thérapie Clinic in Cambridge is seeking a Clinic Coordinator to ensure an exceptional client journey by supporting client satisfaction, revenue goals and sales performance. You will contribute to maintaining high standards while managing bookings and stock in a fast-paced environment.

• Maximise clinic efficiency through smart diary and booking management.
• Manage stock accurately, including AWI deductions.
• Drive and convert consultations with upselling and cross-selling.
• Meet KPIs for consultation success, walk-in conversions, and average spend.
• Ensure a seamless check-in/out journey for every client.
• Promote skin consultations and identify upsell opportunities via forms.
