Qualifications

• Experience leading or supervising a team.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales while leading clinic operations.
• Deliver 5-star service and ensure client satisfaction at all times.
• Enforce procedures and policies as set by Thérapie Clinic.
• Lead weekly 1-2-1 meetings with team members.
• Complete weekly reports on operations and commercial targets.
• Manage employee relations including probation, disciplinary and grievances, and annual leave.

Key Responsibilities

• Proven experience in operations with a focus on driving sales.
• Customers are at the forefront of everything we do, ensuring all team members deliver a 5-star service and all times.
• Ensuring all Procedures and Policies is followed as set by Thérapie Clinic.
• Weekly 1-2-1's meetings with team members.
• Completing weekly reporting across operations and commercial targets.
• Employee relations including probation management and disciplinary and grievance management.
• Staff Rosting and Annual Leave management.
• Ad Hoc duties as required.
