Job summary

Thérapie Clinic in Camden is hiring a Clinic Coordinator to ensure an exceptional client journey by supporting customer satisfaction, revenue goals and sales performance.

You will drive client consultations, upsell and cross-sell, manage diary and bookings, oversee stock accuracy, and maintain clinic standards. We offer continuous training, annual leave, uncapped commission, staff discount, and growth opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Qualified Beauty Therapist and proven experience in client experience management or related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding client service from first contact to follow-up.
• Proactively manage online reviews and resolve complaints efficiently.
• Maximise clinic efficiency through smart diary and booking management.
• Manage stock accurately, including AWI deductions.
• Drive and convert consultations with upselling and cross-selling.
• Meet KPIs for consultation success, walk-in conversions, and average spend.
• Ensure a seamless check-in/out journey for every client.
• Track AWI stock, ensure clinical room standards, and handle client retention calls.
