Job summary

Thérapie Clinic in Cambridge is seeking a Clinic Coordinator to ensure an exceptional client journey, support satisfaction, drive revenue goals and sales performance. You will be the central contact for clients, manage appointments, stock, and smooth check-in/out.

Qualified Beauty Therapist with strong communication and problem-solving skills is preferred. The role offers continuous training, staff discount and uncapped commission within a fast-paced environment that rewards performance.

Qualifications

• Qualified Beauty Therapist with a valid certification.
• Experience in client experience management or customer service.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Client Satisfaction

• Deliver outstanding client service from first contact to follow-up


• Proactively manage online reviews and resolve complaints efficiently

Revenue Growth

• Maximise clinic efficiency through smart diary and booking management


• Manage stock accurately, including AWI deductions


• Drive and convert consultations with strong upselling and cross-selling


• Meet KPIs for consultation success, walk-in conversions, and average spend


• Ensure a seamless check-in/out journey for every client

AWI Performance & Growth

• Promote skin consultations and identify upsell opportunities via forms


• Track AWI stock, ensure clinical room standards, and handle client retention calls
