Mid Cheshire Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Clinic/Data Coordinator to provide comprehensive, confidential administrative support to the Divisions and their team. You will proactively manage clinic bookings and appointments, coordinating with the Support Manager to ensure an efficient service.
Experience in NHS administration and knowledge of outpatient processes are advantageous; full induction will be provided as part of our local programme.
The post holder will provide a comprehensive, quality, confidential administration service to the Divisions and their team in support of the Support Manager/Service Manager. A key requirement of the post is to proactively manage clinic bookings and appointments, including making recommendations and implementing any authorised changes to clinic templates to ensure best use of capacity and compliance with national targets. The Clinic/Data Coordinator will be expected to organise their workload and co-ordinate their activities in conjunction with, and supervised by, the Support Manager to ensure that an efficient service is provided. It is essential that the post holder is able to exercise initiative suitable to the role, and is fully supportive to other colleagues in the administrative team. Previous experience within a similar role within the Trust and knowledge of Outpatient processes would be particularly advantageous, although full in-depth training will be provided as part of our local induction programme.
