Job summary

Palladium is seeking a Programme Delivery Manager for the UK PACT programme. The role is hybrid with offices in London or Bristol, overseeing a complex portfolio of grants and activities to ensure donor-aligned delivery.

You will lead teams, manage risk, ensure compliance, and act as a key interface with government and partners. Responsibilities include multi-country delivery, grant lifecycle oversight, stakeholder engagement, and data-driven reporting using Power BI.

Qualifications

Strong track record in delivering donor-funded programmes.
Experience managing complex portfolios and grant lifecycles.
Ability to lead multi-country teams and partners.
Familiarity with FCDO procurement and safeguarding standards.
Excellent written and verbal English communications.

Responsibilities

Programme Delivery & Portfolio Oversight: Lead delivery across multiple countries, partners, and workstreams; ensure outputs meet timelines and quality standards.
Grant Management & Compliance: Oversee the full grant lifecycle including contracting, due diligence, and compliance; adhere to donor requirements.
Leadership & Team Management: Line manage Regional Activity Managers and a Contracts Manager; provide direction and performance oversight.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with FCDO, delivery partners, and internal teams; operate with diplomacy.
Risk Management & Problem Solving: Identify risks early and implement mitigation; balance speed with compliance.
Data, Systems & Reporting: Use dashboards and programme systems to monitor progress and support evidence-based decisions.
