Palladium is seeking an Analyst to join its UK, Europe and Africa (UKEA) team, supporting projects and business development across international development and UK-focused programmes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in international development or related field.
• Strong research and analytical skills; interpret information and communicate findings.
• Clear written and verbal communication in English.

Responsibilities

• Research opportunities and contribute to high-quality proposals.
• Support recruitment, technical content, proposal writing and pricing activities.
• Help teams prepare accurate, well-organised submissions that respond to client requirements.
• Provide administrative, operational and financial management support to projects.
• Coordinate tasks, information and deliverables to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate records; elevate risks or decisions outside your responsibilities.
• Research complex issues and assess qualitative/quantitative information.
• Develop and test ideas; identify relevant evidence and draw useful findings.
• Communicate analysis and recommendations clearly through outputs and discussions.
• Collaborate with colleagues, clients and subcontractors in the UK and internationally.
• Support knowledge resources, methods and tools.
• Contribute to inclusion, safeguarding and wellbeing initiatives.
