Palladium is expanding its UKEA partnership in London, delivering health programmes in the UK public sector. The Manager will drive business development for health opportunities and oversee programme delivery, combining BD expertise with project management and technical acumen.

Based in Palladium’s London office with a hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days at home), the role focuses on winning new business, engaging with public health leaders, and shaping scalable models for expansion while

Formación

• Proven ability to secure/win new business in the public health sector.
• Understanding of NHS and UK local governance systems.
• Excellent written and oral English.
• Demonstrated programme management excellence.

Responsabilidades

• Identify and assess new health opportunities, including integrated lifestyle services.
• Lead end-to-end bid lifecycle: capture, proposals, submission, and negotiation.
• Support health programme design and develop proposal content.
• Maintain currency of business data in corporate databases.
• Manage contracting and relationships with partners.
