Job summary

Palladium, based in Palladium's London office, seeks an Analyst to support in project delivery and business development across the UK, Europe and Africa region. The role offers hybrid working with three days in the office and two days remote, and provides varied experience, training and responsibility towards becoming a future Palladium leader.

Responsibilities

Support Palladium in its business development activities, including bids and writing.
Provide project management support, including administrative tasks and financial management.
Collaborate across UK and international project staff, partners, subcontractors, and clients.
Develop and test hypotheses; synthesize results into analysis for deliverables and communicate recommendations.
Support knowledge management resources and development of innovative methods.
Assist initiatives on equity, diversity and inclusion, safeguarding and sustainability.
