Based at our Brighton office with time across Horsham, this role offers a supportive, collaborative team and opportunities to progress toward the Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

Qualifications

• Experience in financial services; wealth management or financial planning environment.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Collaborative approach and ability to build strong relationships.
• Confident written and verbal communication.
• Proactive mindset and willingness to learn.
• Basic understanding of FCA regulation and Treating Customers Fairly principles.
• Interest in financial planning and wealth management.
• Progress towards Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning.

Responsibilities

• Support Financial Planners with preparation and delivery of client meetings, virtual and face-to-face.
• Prepare meeting packs, annual review reports, risk questionnaires and client documentation.
• Act as a key contact for clients on administrative matters.
• Deliver a professional and responsive service to clients.
• Support onboarding including welcome packs, portal access and compliance checks.
• Process applications and maintain records within CRM system.
• Monitor applications, transfers and provider communications.
• Maintain regular contact with clients and providers.
• Produce client review reports using internal systems.
• Process adviser charging instructions and fee administration activities.
• Validate investments and valuations for accuracy.
• Handle incoming post and distribute information appropriately.
• Respond to inbound telephone enquiries.
• Prepare and send letters of authority to providers and ceding schemes.
• Assist in office administration and AML checks.
• Maintain audit-ready client files and data integrity.
• Gather information, quotations, illustrations and product research.
• Assist in preparing cashflow planning data and recommendation reports.
• Produce standard suitability reports, fund switches, top-ups and reviews.
