Job summary

Age UK in Norwich recruits for a client support role within our Advice line. You will provide telephone customer service, handle administrative tasks, and work with older people and professionals to understand needs and connect them to the best local services.

These duties require empathy, clear communication, and the ability to assess risk and offer appropriate guidance in crisis situations. Training will be provided.
