Job summary

IFGlobal is seeking a Client Support Specialist in Christchurch to act as the first contact for client queries, coordinate across warehouse, tech and finance, and ensure efficient resolution of issues and backorders.

You will manage courier queries, draft clear emails detailing problems and actions taken, and prioritise tasks while maintaining high service standards for existing and new clients.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for client queries via a ticketing system and telephone calls.
• Manage courier queries such as late delivery, missing parcels and collections.
• Take ownership for client queries such as backorders, concerns, shipping issues, booking in, held orders.
• Work cross-functionally across warehouse, tech and finance to ensure client queries are managed and prioritised.
• Articulate and compose concise emails setting out issue, impact, solution and actions taken.
• Prioritise tasks and negotiate competing priorities with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure the highest quality of service by understanding client business needs and taking accountability.
