Job Description
Portico is currently recruiting for an Executive Receptionist (Client Support Executive), based at our Central London offices within one of the largest law firms in the world.
As a Client Support Executive, your responsibilities will include providing a friendly welcome to all visitors and guests, assisting with booking and facilitating onsite meetings and events, and handling various ad-hoc tasks via email, phone, and the service desk app.
Hours: 40 hours per week, 8-hour shifts between 7am-7pm, Monday to Friday
Salary: £31,200
Contract Type: FTC - Maternity Cover
Qualifications
Candidates should have a bubbly personality and excellent people skills to build long-lasting relationships. Ability to work well under pressure, multi-task, and manage time effectively to balance guest needs, room bookings, and events management is essential.
Experience delivering 5-star service in a busy corporate or hotel environment is required. Previous client service experience and familiarity with law firms would be advantageous.
