As a Client Support Coordinatorbased in our Amersham showroom, you’ll be responsible for:

Coordinate and manage delivery processes, ensuring a smooth handover with consultants, engaging clients, and setting viable delivery dates.

Oversee payments and credit accounts, ensuring accurate processing in line with Sales Ledger procedures.

Monitor and manage orders proactively, addressing purchase order issues, tracking progress, and updating clients as needed.

Support showroom operations, assisting with administration, liaising with clients, and collaborating with sales consultants.

Practical experience in order management, logistics, or customer service is preferred
