Jackson Hewitt is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate in the United Kingdom to act as the friendly face for clients visiting our offices, delivering exceptional service and essential support.

You will engage with clients, confirm appointments, follow up with past and potential clients, distribute marketing materials, and keep clients engaged during wait times, contributing to a positive client journey.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a customer-focused role.
