Alo Yoga in Leeds is seeking enthusiastic part-time retail associates to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales. You will greet guests, understand their needs, and guide them to products while supporting daily store operations.

The role requires flexibility, physical movement, and the ability to work up to 20 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays during peak periods. Join a team committed to Alo's guiding principles and guest experiences.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers and proactively understand their needs to support engagement.
• Drive and exceed sales targets by utilizing store initiatives to optimize productivity.
• Process customer transactions and returns in accordance with policy.
• Maintain a clean, safe, inviting store environment on the floor and back of house.
• Assist with replenishment and processing shipments in a timely manner.
• Move constantly throughout the store and assist guests as needed.
• Be flexible with a seasonal, part-time schedule including evenings and weekends.

• Impacts the business and store environment in a positive manner that aligns with store goals and ALO's guiding principles
• Drive and exceed sales targets by utilizing ALO's Flow initiatives to optimize productivity and efficiency
• Provide a friendly "greet" and proactively approach customers to understand their needs and support the customer engagement
• Process customer transactions and returns in accordance with policy and procedures
• Knowledge of store goals, company communications, initiatives, new product launches and any additional information required by the Store Leadership Team; educate on guest-facing initiatives on the floor
• Leverages company tools, incentives, and strategies to support meeting store goals
• Resolve client needs quickly & effectively ensuring customer satisfaction
• Assists in processing shipment, in a timely manner
• Supports with replenishment in on the sales floor, in a timely manner
• Ensure all front and back of house procedures are executed in accordance with company Policy & Procedures
• Duties require constant movement in and around the store, including the sales floor and back of house. When not actively assisting guests, this position takes initiative to perform other tasks, as needed, to keep store clean, safe, inviting and operating efficiently.
  Preferred prior work experience in a client-centric, sales environment

• Requires constant movement in and around all areas of store
• Ability to lift, push, carry or otherwise move up to 50 pounds
• Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder
• Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
  Seasonal, Part-Time non-exempt associates are expected to work up to 20 hours per week. They must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of the business, which are subject to change. All employees without exception are expected to be able to work during the company's Blackout period, from the week of American Thanksgiving (including Black Friday and Thanksgiving weekend) through the end of the holiday season (January 14th).
