Jackson Hewitt is seeking a Seasonal Client Support Associate to greet clients and provide essential support at our offices. You will actively engage with clients, confirm appointments, and follow up with past and potential clients to ensure a smooth experience.

The role emphasizes excellent communication, a customer-focused approach, and opportunities to learn and grow within the organization. Multiple shift options with flexible scheduling are available.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Basic computer proficiency and ability to troubleshoot.
• Prior customer service or sales experience is preferred, but not required.
