Job summary

Prestige Corporate Events is looking for a Junior Client Success Executive to own the post-sale client experience. You will be the main contact from contract to event, chasing payments, confirming logistics, and gathering reviews to fuel growth.

Based at our Croydon HQ, you will manage CRM updates, stay organised, and maintain a warm, professional tone with high‑level clients. Prior hospitality or client success exposure is a plus, with a salary in the mid 20s.

Qualifications

• Excellent telephone communication skills.
• Organised and dependable with attention to detail.
• Hospitality or client-facing experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Chase payments and settle bookings before events.
• Call clients pre-event to confirm logistics and readiness.
• Follow up after events to collect reviews and referrals.
• Maintain and update CRM records for all clients.
• Flag payment delinquencies and coordinate with sales to resolve risks.
