Job summary

Thornton & Lowe in Bolton is seeking a Client Support Executive to join the business development team. You will coordinate handover, manage kickoff meetings, and maintain regular contact with clients through delivery and post-submission stages.

Working with bid teams and account managers, you will monitor delivery progress, support renewal opportunities, and produce client tracking reports to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12 months experience in a client-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Understanding of day-to-day account management.
• Willingness to travel to client sites.
• Experience in public sector, procurement, bid support, or professional services.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Zoho CRM.

Responsibilities

• Client onboarding and handover management from sales to bid delivery.
• Coordinate kick-off meetings and gather project requirements.
• Maintain regular client communications and ensure timely responses.
• Monitor delivery progress and escalate issues early.
• Coordinate post-submission activities and provide next steps.
• Support renewal and retention opportunities with the team.
• Produce and maintain client tracking reports and dashboards.
