What You’ll Do

As a Client Success Manager, you'll be at the heart of our sales and relationship-building efforts. We’re looking for someone who's self-motivated, driven, and passionate about guiding clients through their journey with us.

  • Research and identify sales leads.
  • Dive into market analysis to uncover new opportunities and trends.
  • Make outbound calls to qualify prospects and build a strong sales pipeline.
  • Use a consultative sales approach to understand client needs across The PIE’s services.
  • Hit KPI targets for calls, meetings, and deals.
  • Support the team in managing leads to ensure ongoing growth and success.
  • Maintain accurate records in our CRM system.
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients through regular communication.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, and sales materials.
  • Attend client meetings, events, and conferences.
  • Assist with administrative tasks to keep operations smooth.
