Job summary

CNS Media Ltd in Chesterfield is seeking a Client Success Executive to own the day-to-day running of a portfolio of client accounts and be the primary contact ensuring on-time delivery. You will work closely with the Senior Client Success Manager to maintain strong client relationships and drive smooth operations across campaigns.

You’ll use monday.com as the backbone for projects, reporting and onboarding, aiming to grow into a more senior client operations role within our hybrid, collaborative

Qualifications

• 1 to 3 years in a client-facing or project coordination role.
• Experience with monday.com or similar project management tool.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills for reporting.
• Excellent attention to detail and proactive issue spotting.
• Enjoy ownership of own workload and bringing structure.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day experience of client accounts and act as first point of contact.
• Onboard new clients from kickoff to documentation and introductions.
• Coordinate internal teams and manage weekly check-ins.
• Produce weekly/monthly performance reports to deadline.
• Maintain accurate systems and reporting boards.
