Job summary

Prestige Corporate Events is seeking a Junior Client Success Executive to sit at the heart of the post-sale client experience. You will be the primary contact from contract to event, responsible for chasing payments, calling clients to ensure readiness, and following up after events to capture reviews that fuel our growth.

Based at our Croydon HQ, this full-time, office-based role requires a confident communicator who can manage CRM records and collaborate with the sales team to mitigate risks

Qualifications

• Must be confident on the phone and able to request payments.
• Organised and dependable; no detail should slip.
• Warm, professional communication with senior clients.
• Experience in client success or credit control is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Collect payments from clients and chase outstanding balances.
• Call clients before events to confirm logistics.
• Follow up after events to gather reviews and referrals.
• Keep CRM updated and accurate.
• Flag risks and coordinate with sales to resolve issues.
