Gain Theory in London is seeking a Client Success Manager to lead analytically focused client relationships and oversee delivery across multiple projects. You will interpret data and present insights to clients, collaborate with analytics, data and ops teams, and help drive client satisfaction and growth initiatives.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in marketing analytics or related leadership, strong communication skills, and proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and R/Python.
