Job summary

Quinn Quest Talent is working with an established commercial print business to recruit a Senior Print Account Manager. You will manage customer accounts across digital, litho, large format and premium print, guiding jobs from enquiry through production and delivery with strong attention to detail.

You will liaise with estimating, pre-press and production teams, briefing artwork and managing proofs. A commercial mindset helps you grow accounts and maximise service opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial print is essential.
• Strong knowledge of digital and lithographic printing.
• Understanding of paper stocks, print specifications and finishing processes.
• Experience managing quotations, artwork, orders and production schedules.
• Excellent organisation, communication and attention to detail.
• Commercial mindset to manage customers and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer accounts and build lasting relationships.
• Take print jobs from enquiry and quotation through to production and delivery.
• Brief artwork, check specifications and manage proofs/approvals.
• Collaborate with estimating, pre-press, production and finishing teams.
• Keep multiple jobs moving, hitting deadlines and solving problems.
