Job summary

Sphere seeks a Trading Solutions Consultant to bridge trading desks, brokers and Sphere engineering. You’ll own technical relationships, drive incident resolution, and enable clients with onboarding and training.

You will partner in pre-sales and delivery, joining discovery calls and estimating integration effort. You’ll translate real-world workflows into insights to influence product direction, while traveling for key client engagements as needed.

Qualifications

• 2:1 or above in Computer Science or related subject.
• Couple of years in a client-facing or technically focused role after graduation.
• Demonstrated passion for tech beyond work and AI interest.
• Curious problem solver who digs under the surface.
• Excellent spoken and written English across seniority levels.
• Strong organisation and consulting mindset for client success.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and workshops.

Responsibilities

• Own the client relationship from a technical perspective and be the trusted advisor.
• Lead incident triage and collaborate with engineering on root causes.
• Deliver onboarding, product training, and workflow guidance to clients.
• Join discovery calls to scope feasibility and estimate effort.
• Capture feedback and translate client workflows into product insights.
