Job summary

Talent Motion specialise in transitioning experienced M&E Design Engineers from traditional M&E design consultancy into client-side Building Consultancy. You will design across all RIBA stages 1-7, ranging from feasibility studies to full detailed design, working across a broad range of sectors within the private and public fields.

With a 20 strong M&E team the business traditionally focused on all aspects of M&E Surveying, but over recent years they have invested growth into

Responsibilities

• Mechanical building services detail design
• Feasibility and scheme design reports
• Decarbonisation Design/Delivery
• Performance specifications
• Performance monitoring
• Fit out and refurbishment strategy and design
• Undertake property surveys (with guidance from the team)
• Produce due diligence deports (acquisition/dilapidations/development)
• Energy audits and management
• Energy, maintenance & development strategies
• Life cycle costings
• Provide expert advice in the field of building services
