Job summary

• 3–5 years' experience in construction client-side project management.
• Experience in super prime residential, luxury hotels, or commercial and heritage buildings.
• Autonomous, creative and highly discrete in a non-corporate environment.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, maintain trackers and reports on status, risks and actions; flag delays.
• Prepare client- and internal-facing documents and support procurement administration.
• Coordinate and chair site visits across the portfolio, UK-wide and overseas travel as required.
