Sphere Solutions in Basingstoke is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a luxury bespoke residential development from start to finish. You will coordinate site teams, manage subcontractors, monitor programme delivery and maintain strong client relationships.

This role requires a high-end residential background, excellent leadership and stakeholder engagement, and a proven ability to deliver exceptional finishes on schedule.

Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of a luxury bespoke residential project from start to finish.
• Coordinate site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
• Act as the primary client contact throughout the build process.
• Monitor programme performance and drive project progress.
• Manage project costs, reporting and site administration.
• Maintain excellent communication with all project stakeholders.
• Ensure exceptional levels of finish and customer satisfaction.
