Job summary

Capstone Property Recruitment is seeking a Development Project Manager for a residential development role in London. The client-side position focuses on Build to Rent projects, working with the Director of Development across the full lifecycle from acquisition through handover and operation.

Candidates should have around 2–3 years’ project management experience, with exposure to residential development and strong stakeholder management, communication and commercial awareness to deliver complex

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of project management experience in residential development.
• Exposure to client-side development and Build to Rent projects is a plus.
• Strong communication and commercial awareness.

Responsibilities

• Support planning and delivery of residential development projects from acquisition through operation.
• Manage development programmes, budgets, cashflows and forecasting.
• Coordinate consultants, project teams and external stakeholders.
• Support consultant procurement and change management.
• Provide input into design, amenity spaces, specifications and material selection.
• Oversee elements of the handover process.
• Prepare project reporting and presentations for senior management.
