Job summary

Highfield Professional Solutions Ltd is seeking an experienced Package Manager / Construction Manager to oversee civils and structural demolition packages on a major project in a highly regulated environment. The role focuses on client-side coordination of deplant, demolition and removal works, with responsibility for planning, safety, and interface with specialist contractors.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a client-side Construction Manager or Package Manager role.
• Experience delivering complex civils, demolition or refurbishment projects.
• Strong CDM 2015 knowledge and client-side responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage civils and structural packages from pre-construction through to handover.
• Act as main client-side interface, coordinating contractors, designers and site teams.
• Oversee deplant and demolition of existing structures and infrastructure.
• Coordinate demolition boundaries, isolations, surveys, hazardous materials and retained services.
• Review RAMS, demolition plans, temporary works and lifting arrangements.
• Monitor contractor performance, programme, site safety and quality.
• Coordinate site logistics, access and interfaces with ongoing works.
• Lead site meetings, inspections, progress reviews and handover activities.
• Ensure compliance with CDM 2015 and health and safety requirements.
