Job summary

Millbank Holdings Ltd is seeking a Package Manager (Civils/Structural Engineering) to own high‑risk packages from mobilisation through to handover, in a safety‑led, regulated environment.

You will act as the client‑side construction lead, planning, coordinating and assuring the safe delivery of demolition and enabling works, while supporting the Project Manager and coordinating with multiple duty holders to manage programme, cost and risk.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in relevant construction, civil or structural engineering delivery.
• Strong background across demolition, building, and complex package delivery environments.
• Expert understanding of CDM 2015, contractor duty holder interfaces, and safe construction governance.
• Extensive experience coordinating contractor documentation, RAMS, permits and work-control processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management across operations, asset owners, designers, contractors and assurance teams.
• Project management or equivalent professional qualification, or substantial relevant industry experience.

Responsibilities

• Act as client-side construction lead, planning, coordinating, assuring and overseeing safe delivery of demolition and enabling works packages.
• Support the Project Manager and work across stakeholders to manage programme, cost, risk, interfaces and site constraints.
• Ensure readiness from pre-construction through to completion and close-out.
• Lead coordination meetings, governance reporting, and escalation where required.
• Drive logistics planning and site access sequencing.
• Oversee safe delivery through robust work control.
