Talent Motion is seeking an Associate Mechanical Engineer for a London Property Consultancy role. You will lead detailed design and advise clients directly, while coordinating with engineering and real estate teams to deliver projects.

You will manage project programmes, prepare specifications and cost plans, and peer-review external consultant designs. A strong client-facing capability and commercial awareness are essential, with a target bonus around 15% and a competitive package.

• Carry out full detailed design
• Client advisory directly with end user clients
• Project management & coordination with other engineering and real estate disciplines
• Prepare specifications, reports, design drawings and budget costs to programmes
