You will work closely with end user clients, ensuring designs meet programme budgets and client expectations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading mechanical building services design projects.
• Ability to manage client relationships and budgets.
• Knowledge of project coordination with real estate disciplines.

• Carry out full detailed design.
• Client advisory directly with end user clients.
• Project management & coordination with other engineering and real estate disciplines.
• Prepare specifications, reports, design drawings and budget costs to programmes.
