• Conduct product, service, and process training for clients and team members.
• Represent the company in external client projects and service meetings.
• Mentor and guide other client service representatives.

This part-time role involves ensuring client satisfaction, managing deliverables, and identifying opportunities for growth. You will act as a key point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
