Job Description:

UniQ Studios has a vacancy for a diligent Client Services Executive (Photography Studio & Studio Assistant) with experience in studio/venue space hire and the creative industry. The role involves handling inbound sales inquiries, client services for studio and location hire, assisting in photo shoot preparations, maintaining studio cleanliness, and performing various ad-hoc tasks.

We are a fast-growing company seeking a passionate, motivated individual to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a confident communicator with a strong interest in sales and marketing, capable of working efficiently while maintaining high standards, with excellent attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Good people skills and a commitment to customer service are essential, as well as collaboration with team members to achieve marketing and customer relations goals.

Main tasks and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

1. Consultations with clients via phone or meetings
2. Implementing business development and marketing strategies
3. Upselling services and negotiating rates
4. Updating client requirement forms
5. Setting up and dismantling studio/lighting equipment
6. Maintaining studio cleanliness
7. Assisting on photo shoots
8. Handling email and phone inquiries
9. Managing studio hire booking software
10. Booking studio and event spaces
11. Reconciling payments and invoicing
12. Managing social media
13. Creating quotes, proposals, and invoices

Other duties include:

• Collaborating on marketing materials
• Assisting with sales reports and accounts
• Attending trade shows and networking events
• Writing web content and business literature
• Supporting operations and business management tasks

Job Requirements:

• Experience or education in photography or creative media
• Experience in sales or customer service
• Passion for excellent customer service
• Detail-oriented, organized, and diligent
• Comfortable with numbers and MS Office
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
