What you’ll be doing:

As our Client Services Officer, you'll be right at the heart of delivering an exceptional experience to our clients. Here's a flavour of what you’ll get involved in:

  • Coordinating client meetings, events, and engagement activities, making sure everything runs smoothly from agendas to follow-ups.
  • Supporting the preparation and delivery of client reports, presentations, and briefing materials.
  • Keeping our client relationship systems accurate and up to date, while tracking client needs to help shape service improvements.
  • Collaborating closely with teams across the business – from Investments to Operations – to deliver consistently excellent service.
  • Helping to refine our client service processes and ensuring everything aligns with our regulatory obligations and client-focused values.
  • Providing top-notch executive support to the wider team, from diary management and logistics to preparing governance materials and high-quality communications.
