The Role:As a Client Services Manager, you will be instrumental in overseeing the delivery of exceptional service to our valued clients. You will maintain strong client relationships, excellent project delivery, high client satisfaction, client retention, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Devise and implement strategies alongside the Head of Client Services and Strategic Projects to grow critical accounts with existing clients.
- Serve as a dedicated point of contact with assigned clients.
- Coordinate with clients on the execution of their respective projects.
- Keep clients updated on the status of their projects and ensure that expectations are adequately managed.
- Work with the internal operations teams to answer any project-related questions and escalate any questions/situations to the client as necessary.
- Contribute to process enhancement.
- Serve as an internal client for all operations teams.
- Schedule and coordinate client & expert engagements.
- Ensure the quality of submissions from the operations team and perform QC on the experts before sharing with clients.
- Develop a deep understanding of the overall competitive landscape for IDR in the industries that we operate in.
- Ensure that internal data records are updated as per predefined standards.
- Comply with information security policies where relevant to the job.
Requirements:- Prior experience in Expert Network or Market Research is a must.
- 3 - 6 years of experience in client services, account management, or project management.
- At least a bachelor's in business administration, project management, or a related field.
- You enjoy doing things in a non-traditional way and think outside the box.
- You can adapt to a fast-paced working environment and must be an individual contributor.
- You have an excellent commitment to confidentiality and responsibility with highly sensitive information.
- You have immaculate attention to detail to quickly recognize vital signs.
- You have strong academic credentials and/or experience in a customer-focused role.
- You're open to collaboration to get things done, and you try to bring your best to everything you do.
- You're fluent (verbal and written) in English (mandatory). European or Asian language will be a plus.
