Client Services Executive

I am seeking a passionate individual dedicated to delivering excellent customer service, with up to 2 years of professional experience, eager to work in a dynamic and expanding company.

This company excels in providing outstanding customer experiences through their Events, Reward Programmes, and Channel Incentives, serving a distinguished and extensive client list.

This role involves supporting the delivery of client projects, including client liaison, coordinating with internal departments, and managing external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute communication plans, including copywriting, proofreading, editing, and distributing via email and text.
  • Exceed both internal and external customer expectations.
  • Manage programme data effectively.
  • Maintain and update databases.
  • Assist in creating design briefs.
  • Manage website content for the programme using a CMS.
