The Role
As the Client Services Director, working closely with the Vice President of North America and CEO, your primary responsibility will be to drive growth and maximise revenue from YourStudio’s key accounts. You will be leading the growth of accounts alongside a team of account managers, designers and strategists, ensuring a high level of service while developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Demonstrating a growth mindset, you’ll ensure there’s a strong pipeline of work and healthy figures by generating business leads from within accounts and converting these to wins. Taking responsibility for revenue generated and revenue coming in via the UK, UK based HQs and EMEA (plus US when relevant or in co-lab with other regions).
This is a role that centralizes the management of key account P&L’s, growth opportunities and challenges.
