We’re partnering with a market leader in the healthcare benefits space to find a Client Development Manager who can truly own and shape a newly created role within a dynamic, purpose-driven organisation.

This is a high-profile, client-facing position focused on driving growth through strategic relationships with high-value clients - either directly or via brokers. You’ll be on the road c80% of the time, engaging with senior decision-makers across corporate businesses and broker networks.

With big targets and big ambition, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on autonomy, is growth-minded, and knows how to build high-impact partnerships.

  • A commercially astute relationship builder with experience in employee benefits, health insurance, or the broader insurance/broker space.
  • Someone who’s dynamic, hungry and agile, with the ability to identify and convert opportunities across multiple touchpoints.
  • A confident consultative seller who understands how to translate client wellbeing needs into smart, scalable solutions.
  • You’re comfortable with complexity, yet make things happen with clarity and focus. And you know how to navigate large accounts and influence at senior levels.
  • Based in London or the South East ideally, with flexibility for travel and only a once-a-month office touchpoint.
