Royal Veterinary College is seeking an experienced Client Services Co-Ordinator to join our Claims Team on a 1-year fixed-term contract. You will process insurance claims accurately and provide clear, empathetic support to clients throughout their claims journey.
Key duties include liaising with vets, handling client communications, reviewing invoices and medical notes, and supporting the admission and discharge process.

In this role, you will be responsible for processing insurance claims accurately and efficiently, ensuring clients receive clear, timely communication and compassionate support throughout their claims journey. You will also assist our client-facing team, acting as a key point of contact for clients during patient admission and discharge.
This role requires a high level of professionalism, empathy, and organisational skill. You will play a vital part in delivering exceptional customer service and client support throughout their journey with us.

Normal working hours will be35hours per week working Monday to Friday, covering between the hours of 7.30am to 6.00pm, weekend cover as and when required in consultation with your line manager.
