Recruit4staff are representing a well-established Environmental Services business in their search for a Client Service Advisor to work in Wrexham. As a Client Service Advisor you will deliver excellent customer service while managing enquiries, escalations and contract discussions; handle calls and emails and maintain accurate system records.

This permanent role is Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm, with a salary of £27,000 per annum, free parking, a standard pension and 20 days holiday plus

Qualifikationen

• Previous office experience is required.
• Experience in customer-facing roles is essential.
• Experience handling escalations and complaints is a plus.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities are required.
• Ability to update CRM or internal systems accurately.

Aufgaben

• Deliver excellent customer service while managing client enquiries, escalations and contract discussions.
• Handle incoming/outgoing calls and emails and resolve issues promptly.
• Maintain accurate system records and ensure professional customer experiences.
